In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, paprika, black pepper, and honey if using.
Add chicken and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 8 hours for deeper flavor.
Preheat to 375°F.
Remove the chicken from the marinade and let excess drip off.
Place in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Cook until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Let rest for 3–5 minutes before slicing.
