Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, oregano, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Add chicken and toss until every piece is fully coated in the marinade.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 20–30 minutes, or up to overnight for deeper flavor.
Cook using your preferred method (see notes).
Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving for juicier results.
