Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds chicken any cut such as chicken breast or thighs
  • cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • tbsp lemon juice
  • cup parsley chopped
  • ¾ tsp oregano
  • ¾ tsp cumin
  • ¾ tsp coriander
  • ¾ tsp paprika
  • tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, oregano, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  • Add chicken and toss until every piece is fully coated in the marinade.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 20–30 minutes, or up to overnight for deeper flavor.
  • Cook using your preferred method (see notes).
  • Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving for juicier results.

Notes

Quick Cooking Guide:
Oven: Bake at 375°F for 25–30 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F internal temperature
Grill: Cook over medium heat for about 5–7 minutes per side
Pan-sear: Cook in a hot skillet for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through
