Hangry But Lazy is a space for easy, high-flavor meals for real life, designed for busy people who want dinner on the table fast without sacrificing taste.
I create recipes that are simple, reliable, and actually doable on a busy weeknight. Most meals use everyday ingredients and focus on shortcuts like sheet pan dinners, air fryer meals, one-pot recipes, slow cooker dishes, and easy marinades that do most of the work for you.

Let’s cook smarter, not harder 🧡
Behind the blog
How it all started
Food has always been a huge part of my life. Growing up, some of my favorite memories were in the kitchen and around the table. My family showed love through food, and I was surrounded by home-cooked meals, big flavors, and recipes passed down over the years. I learned early on that good food doesn’t have to be complicated.
As life got busier, I started creating recipes that fit real life—easy, flavorful meals that don’t take hours to make. That’s how Hangry But Lazy started.
What began as sharing quick dinners and flavorful marinades has grown into a place where thousands of people come for simple, reliable recipes that actually work.

About Hangry But Lazy
Hangry But Lazy is your go-to space for easy, high-flavor meals for real life.
I share recipes for busy people who want fast dinners, minimal effort, simple ingredients, and food that actually tastes amazing. No complicated steps, no long prep, and no overthinking dinner, just lazy, reliable cooking that works on your busiest days.
My Approach
My approach is simple: good food should be easy, full of flavor, and something you can confidently make again and again without stress. Most of my recipes are built around dump-and-bake meals, sheet pan dinners, air fryer shortcuts, one-pot recipes, and slow cooker or Instant Pot dishes. I also rely on easy marinades that do most of the work for you, turning basic ingredients into something truly delicious with minimal effort.
I focus on “lazy cooking” because I’m a busy mom, and I don’t want to spend hours in the kitchen. I want meals that don’t require thinking at 6pm, still feel homemade, and make my family happy. Everything here is designed to save time without sacrificing flavor.
Growing up in a Middle Eastern home, food was always bold, comforting, and full of flavor. But real life doesn’t allow for complicated cooking every day. So I focus on lazy versions of flavorful food, Middle Eastern-inspired dinners, global comfort food made simple, and easy family meals with big, satisfying flavor.
